      Our small firm first came together in 1956.  Through the years, though some of the faces have changed our reputation and the quality of service we provide has not.  We have consistently rated in the top 5% of peer-reviewed lawyers in the country, and we have maintained a known standard of excellence that many firms can only aspire to reach.

 

 

      Our team of experts currently consists of two partners, one senior attorney, and two associates, three paralegals, and an amazing legal support staff.  Though we may sound small in comparison to some of the larger law firms out there, our size is part of what makes us great.  Simply put, we  can offer a level of personalized service and expertise that many large firms may struggle to provide.

     With over a hundred years of combined experience, we receive almost all of our business through referrals, which we like to think shows how pleased our clients have been with both our skills and service.  We represent several large national and international companies--the goods and services of which our fellow Hampton Roads residents use day in and day out.  We also represent numerous insurance companies on a regular basis,handling their local and statewide litigation in the fields of products liability, auto, construction, premises, general liability and workers’ compensation.  Additionally, we handle contractual work for various area businesses and regularly represent both local business and private residents in all aspects of legal matters, including (though not limited to) :
