Mr. Turrietta joined the firm in 1997. A general civil litigator whose practice emphasizes commercial transactions, insurance, auto negligence and workers’ compensation litigation, and real property land use issues. Mr. Turrietta has experience in estate planning, administration, and litigation and family law litigation. He has authored a seminar outline on both work return issues in Workers’ Compensation in Virginia, on workers’ compensation defenses, and co-authored a seminar outline on legal ethics.
